Time Is one of Gods gift to humanity, to all he gave equal length of the night and day, every time you spend is part of your life so we can say your time is your life. How you spend your time, what you spend your time doing will determine how your future will be and how your life will end.

This days we see people spending their time or do I say their life on social media, social media is a great tool but when abused it becomes a tool which can destroy your future without you noticing. Too much of everything is never good. When you check out your hand you find out they are of equal size and shape but the limb you use often will definitely get bigger and stronger.

The social media is good but excessive use of the social media causes mental laziness, it interferes with your circadian rhythm. Exposure to the blue light spectrum that emits from our phones at night will lead to poor sleep patter when its too much, it reduces regeneration of the body and in worse cases it could possibly lead to insomnia.

Social media can isolate you from your real environment, you're eternally distracted, your vocab and dictions are now so impoverished. You being to write in shorts words and can't spell correctly most times. That's why we see young people this days using words like "yeah,aiit,wanna" and all sort of short words during formal presentation.

You don't spend all your time on social media but spend some quality time reading books, anything you need to know in this world are in the pages of book. Reading of book widened your horizon. Check out most successful men and women today, at one point in their life, they dedicated it to reading of book which widened their knowledge.

Don't get me wrong, there are people who make a leaving from social, as a meyter of fact I do make some cash from doing business on social media, read good articles and get connected to people around the world, you never know who will help you tomorrow but those that just come on social media to gossip, hook up and insult people, what do they actually gain.

Stay online but don't take it as a life job, even if you make a living from it. Have time for your surrounding.
