I sent a bit of .5 sbd for https://steemit.com/steemit/@mightypanda/how-to-make-money-on-steemit-for-noobs-part-4 and mine was the only bid for that round, i still got 42.92% power upvote from you. Shouldn't that be a 100% power upvote?

    Hello @mightypanda,
    BOT is running in mixed mode, not in normal mode, so, if we get in current bid round zero or less then 50% of our total upvote value bids in, BOT will also pick one random free link from our Discord channel and place it i in current round, for random value upvote.
    How can you get free upvote? Only requirement is that you have placed at least 5 bids during actual
    week in @steemer BID BOT !
