I've Been Playing Around With Bid-Bots
and I like it!
About 8 months ago I wrote this beginners guide to using @randowhale. At the time, @randowhale was the first and only bid-based voting bot that I was aware of. I'm not exactly sure what happened but I completely stopped using this service, I believe it was because the votes I was receiving were no longer profitable due to the amount of people using the bot. I was aware of the many new bid-bots out there on the STEEM platform, but I never used any..... until last night.
While enjoying a couple beers and browsing my STEEM feed, I stumbled across STEEMBotTracker made by @yabapmatt! STEEMBotTracker is touted as the #1 place for finding information regarding voting bots and other ways to promote your posts on STEEM. I was mind-blown when I saw the lengthy list of available bid-bots. Below you can see a few:
The chart provides stats on all of the available bid-bots. From vote values, to suggested bids and even a countdown timer for when the next votes will be released. It is a brilliant tool if you'd like to dive into the controversial world of STEEM Bid-Bots. A STEEMConnect gateway allows you to cast bids straight from the STEEMBotTracker website. I admittedly played around with the bots on a couple of my posts and I was pretty impressed with the results.

Hi @jeffjagoe. While your in Ireland, you could visit a brewery, and do a d.tube interview with the company. I think they would enjoy talking of a beer enthusiast on social media, and provide you with some take home samples ;) The always like good publicity, and i'm sure they would give you a tour for free. You could also learn the process behind fementation, and see all the great equipment the use. Maybe visit a brewery out in the country, and enjoy the rustic architecture. It would make for a great post.
I like that idea. Thanks a lot @remotediscovery! I don't have too much planned as of now, so that is certainly something to throw on the agenda.
I tried bidbot before. It does not really profit but it is a good way to get our article noticed. Although we can see the bidding but many times just a few minutes before the end, there can be many last minute bidding. I really don't use bidbot often because of that unless I am very confident of a post that I want the attention of others.
incredible information that you just gave me friend @jeffjagoe, in my case also try this, but twice, with two Bid-Bots that would help raise the votes in my publications, but in the end I had no positive result, if not negative , and that's why I have not used any of these, either because I have not found any good ones. But now, thanks, I see that if there is a very good one, this is what you are saying, and if you say it is good, then I give certainty and trust that it is good. Thanks for such valuable information friend, that without any doubt will help us many of us who read your post and follow you. That's why the other day you published your 2000 followers, I was happy to be one of those 2000, since you always give us good and educational information in your publications.
That's pretty cool! Try to check out @treeplanter as well! Make money while supporting a good case :-)
Hello friend how are you, I know very little about these robots, I'm afraid to use them they say you can lose money, your publication helps me a bit, thanks!
i know about steembottracker.
I don't like bots. Jeff is cool, but other channels, if you try and promote a contest, they flag you and say "keep to the subject". The same people will use bots, and collude with whales to promote their own stuff, while telling off minnows for trying to get a few views. There's kind of a hypocrisy going on Steem.

Thanks for the tip!
I tried it for the first time a couple of days. Don't know if i just got lucky but I spent small amounts on five different bots and in total I showed a decent profit.
Two winners, two losers and one right about at break even. But one of my winners won pretty big so I came out ahead.
It seems at least at the low end bots down at 0.1 SBD minimum bid you can find some profitable opportunities.
