The Bible: Every Believer's Handbook

It is true that God has always made his ways open and his mind crystal clear to everyone, absolutely anyone who truly wants to know Him. The Bible is every Christian’s handbook. The Bible was made for us all as a compass to direct us in every ramification of our lives. In fact, there’s absolutely nothing we can’t do just by reading and getting to understand the mind and heart of God through the Bible. There’s this really great write up that touches the very depth ofmy heart every timei read it or even think about it. Constantly, it acts like an eye opener to me whenever i am in trouble, encouraging me that despite everything, there’s always answers to all of life’s problems all registered inthe Bible. The writeup is an except from the New Testament Bible by the Gideons International, which says:

The Bible contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners and the happiness of believers. Its doctrines are holy, its histories are true, and its decisions are immutable. Read it to be safe, and practice it to be Holy. It contains light to direct you, and food to support you, and comfort to chest you. It is the traveller’s map, the pilgrim’s staff, the pilot’s compass, the soldiers sword, and the Christian’s character. Here Paradise is restored, Heaven opened, and the gates of hell disclosed.

The above excerpt tells us exactly how valueable the Bible is to us Christains and the universe as a whole whether people believe it or not. Despite all this, it is still very clear that many Christians still cannot understand the depth of what we have been given- free of charge.

How you treat the Bible now will determine how you face problems and trials in the future and also how you will react to blessings and Favour from God.

Do we run to God as a source of all solutions or not…

Do we give all glory to God for that promotion, blessing, healing etc or do we feel that it was all our doing?
