March 22 A Lowly Mind

"He made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant." Philippians 2:7

To transform our minds into the likeness of Jesus, we have to learn to think that way. We must hold the welfare of others above our own. We must work for the benefit of others instead of trying to get ahead ourselves. Don't pray for Christlikeness then aim for earthly goals. If we accept servanthood and the value of others, we'll bear a striking resemblance to Him.
