June 8 The Source of Conversation

"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone." Colossians 4:6

Words can be as powerful as fire. They can be used to warm a heart or burn it to a crisp. Review your speech, do you often make negative comments or seethe with anger and bitterness? If so, it's a reflection of what's inside. Your speech and spiritual condition aren't distinct, one reflects the other. If the reflection is negative, let God change your heart while you clean up your mouth. When He does, your words become His.
