There are few things in this world as contagious as words. Rumors spread like wildfire, but encouragement cultivates the will. Although words can tear down, they can also do great things. Your words can be powerful, both for good and for evil. Discipline your mouth to be silent until you are sure your words are consistent with Scripture and flavored with grace. Let your speech be redemptive and let it point to God.
