Cost: 25k Split between 4 payments over the course of said year

4 Intervals over 1 year. One week out of the year will be chosen at random for each 3 month interval wherein a coinmarketcap ad will go up at a cost of approximately $700 per day. There will be a Worker entry form that will be tied to a database that enables us to capture data based on who enters proposals after clicking the banner link we will pay to have added to the top of coinmarketcap. Accordingly this will be set up as 4 milestones + 2 milestones (1 for preparation and 1 for after action):

Milestone 1: Form + database for Grabbing Users who wish to work for Bitshares (3k)

MIlestone 2: One week ad + printouts showing data based on number of entries (5.5k)

Milestone 3: One week ad + printouts showing data based on number of entries (5.5k)

Milestone 4: One week ad + printouts showing data based on number of entries (5.5k)

Milestone 5: One week ad + printouts showing data based on number of entries (5.5k)

MIlestone 6: After Action Review w/ combined datapoints pulled from the banner entries. (Free)
