Turkish Super Lig

The Süper Lig (official name Türkiye 1. Süper Futbol Ligi) is the first division of the Turkish football league.
From the 2010-11 season it has been sponsored by the betting company Spor Toto and has taken the name of Spor Toto Süper Lig.
The Süper Lig is made up of 18 teams; the champion team is admitted directly to the UEFA Champions League, while the second placed is entered in the third qualifying round.
The teams that came in third and fourth place, together with the winner of the Turkish Cup, qualify for the Europa League preliminaries.
Only 5 teams have so far won the Turkish championship: Galatasaray (22 titles), Fenerbahçe (19), Beşiktaş (15) and Trabzonspor (6) and for the first time in 2010 Bursaspor. The top three, considered the greatest of Turkish football par excellence, are the main teams in Istanbul and are never relegated.

Currently 25 of the 34 scheduled games have been played. At the top of the standings we find trabzonspor and Basaksehir paired at 52 points; Immediately behind we find chasing with 49 points galatasaray and siVassPor. The season is not going very well for the other most important team in the league, fenerbaHce, currently seventh with only 40 points (the last championship winner dates back to 25/01 in the derby with Basaksehir's cousins).

The matches are deeply felt and the pitch factor is often decisive, especially for the most famous teams: Lampante is the example of galatasaray, trabzonspor and basaksheir who won the last 5 home matches. Tail light of this particular ranking is the konyaspor which has won only 1 out of 12.

Technical rate: The total value of the roses is 685mln not evenly divided between the roses: Galatasaray with a 101mln rose in the head; while Ankaragucu is the division's cinderella with a rose that does not reach 15mln (similar to monza).

There are several old knowledge of European football: among the many names stand out those of falcao, lemina, muslera, sosa). Currently the top scorer is sorloth who plays in the trabzonspor but is owned by the crystal palace.

On a statistical level we note that the result that occurs most frequently is 1-1 (14.47%) while 0-2 only 3%.
