Thanks @pegarissimo- it turned out quite well. I’m shocked and some what embarrassed to admit that this was actually the first time I’d even tried Ratatouille 🤷🏼‍♀️… don’t know what took me so long. Definitely won’t wait that long again before re- making it :)
