My experience at Best Buy

Id think twice before going to best buy. I Purchased a Remote start for my fiance and it came with installation. So I set a date for the 14th. I then called to confirm the date a few days later and they didn't have it in there system at the store so i was transfered about 4 times back and forth from the store to some 1800 number in india where they couldnt hardly speak english. finally my fiance called the store as well and they hung up the first time. ( I was hung up on 3 times also) they had set another date of the 21st . Too many hang ups, people i couldnt understand, and even the store employees are very quick to transfer your call. BAD SERVICE!
