Thank you! The glass is standing on a light (which means thatthe glass is
lighted from the bottom) also it is half filled with water. While I was taking photos I asked my husband to spray water on that glass, so water drops is seen only on top of the glass because water is only filled till half of the glass. I just took a little bit underexposed pictures of this glass, so the background is all black and the light under the glass is lighting strong enough to get the glass contours like this. And of course
in photoshop I just pulled out all the small details (so we can see A LOT of small drops on glass) and emphasized the contrast (so we can see only the glass and it looks like glowing because of contrast - dark places is very dark, bright places is very bright)
