Right Wing Social Justice Warriors are Becoming Passe: Good

I'm on a tough love spree with some of the kids I made friends with while studying at UC Berkeley. Evidence follows:

Unsolicited advice # 31518: Right Wing Social Justice Warriors: if you pout over the fact that your movement is quickly losing steam and becoming passe, maybe you should start fighting for something other than your own ego and vanity.

Also, people who abandon the principles of Classical Liberalism in order to take on a blood and soil type of nationalism should not be surprised--or butt hurt--when they don't get support from people who actually believe in a Constitutional Republic.

I wrote this earlier today on facebook in response to a friend who used to be president of Berkeley College Republicans, who was responsible for inviting Milo Yiannopoulos, who was impeached for allegedly being "too Alt-right," and who is extremely upset right now because another kid in the club who is only VP is preparing to go to DC, to the White House, to...

Dun dun dun!

You guessed it! The kid gets to chat with President Trump, and claims that Melania and Ivanka will even be there!

I will believe it when I see it.

Here's the thing. You don't get to be a trend-follower and claim to be an iconoclast. People might follow you on twitter. They might think you're funny and cute, but if you're not actually guided by any higher principles, you're following a fad. When your fad fades, don't come crying to me about how you've been abandoned. You abandoned yourself a long time ago and this is your alone time you need to find yourself.
