Yes, maybe it is a little bit complex if you read the message from the whitepaper itself.
In order to get the rain drop you just have to move some BTS to the BEOS Blockchain...then, you will recover at anytime both, BTS and BEOS.
I agree on that as a marketing plan, a whitepaper is not the best way, but everything will come I guess 😉
