Adolor was kind-hearted and rich. He was commerce oriented as the present Ekiadolor town was named after him for his industriousness.
He reigned for forty years.

His crown prince name was IDUGBOWA. He was the eldest son of Oba Adolor.

At the onset of Ovonramwen's reign, the Deji of Akure, Odudu made a sword of office (Ada) without Ovonramwen's permission. He sent Okpelle to retrieve the sword. Okpelle did this and made the people of Akure to pay homage for many years.
