Belly fat is not just a problem because it can look bad. SO everyone wants to lose belly fat as soon as possible. Here I have gone from some practical tests and writing this blog:

  3. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber
  4. Cut carbs from your diet.
  5. Exercise daily.
  6. Track your foods and find out exactly what and how much you are eating.
