Introducing my self

Dear Steem community
I went to a friend's house during the last weekend, we talked for a long time concerning the present economy, where to invest in; either to invest in real estate, financial commodities or in block chain, and my desire to join Steem. Having a little knowledge on financial management, we evaluated the possible outcome of my decision.

1. There are many financial decisions we make, either to earn some cash in a long run or in a short run. Whether the investment was made in real estate, business, Financial instrument or in crypto currency.
   
   Before the investment, there is need for the investor to first calculate the Pay back period ;which is the number of years it will take to recoup the initial capital outlay of a project.
   Pay Back period= Initial Capital Outlay
   -----------------------------
   Periodic or yearly cash inflow
   And
   The Initial Rate of Return.It is the rate of earning that equates the present value of the expected future cash flows to the initial cost of investment

However, as it concerns financial securities, there are risks associated with portfolio management.
Portfolio however, is the combination of securities of assets.
There are two main groups of risks in portfolio and they are:

1. Unsystematic ( Alpha risk)
2. Systematic (Beta risk)
   The alpha risk is the part of total risk which is controlled by circumstances peculiar to specific securities and which can be eliminated by proper diversification.
   The riskiness of a portfolio is measured by the standard deviation of it's return distribution. That is Op= ✓n

   Where: Op= standard deviation of a portfolio
   n= number of securities in a portfolio
   S= number of securities that for the portfolio
   Rs= forcast rate of return under each ecoomy
   Rs= expected rate of return from each security
   Ps= probability distribution attached to each security.
   The systematic risk(Beta risk) of any portfolio is measured by the Beta-coefficent. The Beta - coefficient of a portfolio or any set of securities is the weighted average of the individual securities' Betas.
   That is Portfolio Beta(Bp)=n

   Ws=proportion of each portfolio fund invested in each security.
   Bs= Beta of each security
   n= Number of securities

•Apart from the the above calculations, there is still need for appropriate risk management strategies to protect against risk regardless of the cause.
• Also very importantly, there is need for an insurance coverage. This is because, the unstability of financial investments, and engagement with an unreliable Broker has proved the need for that.
• WHY I CHOOSED TO BE ABERRANT; WHY I CHOOSED STEEM.

1. There are many freelancing jobs online, where you are paid to write on some stuffs, after which you have to wait again, atimes for a long time. This is unlike Steem where you write constructively and paid by members voting.
2. How safe is my investment on steemit?
   I told my friend that those looking for investment into hypertrain can do that that Steem it.
   

WHY IS STEEM PREFERABLY MY FRIEND ASKED?
1.it is more convenient, affordable and secure to navigate on platform that deals with limited complexities such as STEEMIT. Having tried other platforms such as Raddit, LBRY, Swiss Golden and Insta Forex.
WHY SHOULD I REMAIN HERE?

1. Steem community is a social (peer-peer) that appreciates your efforts for writing on their platform, through member's up vote, unlike Facebook.
   WHO AM I?
   I am Stanley Ilechukwu. I heard about Steem a year ago, but couldn't join immediately because of some technicalities.
   • Presently, I am thinking and working out modalities to creating an App that will enable bank customers
   1.know if and when their banks want to sell off their shares and at what price at the IPO(initial public offer),
2. know about an increase or decrease in share price.
   3.How to calculate their returns on investment will also be included.
   4.Illegal deduction from your account can also be tracked.
   I really need volunteers for this.
   Apart the above, here on Steem community, I have been investing in others through up votes.
   MY ACADEMIC ATTIANMENT
   I studied Banking and Finance and obtained a degree in it.
   OTHER THINGS I DO.
   I love fashion designing, am presently doing a practical training on it. I spent other times reading books, researching, keeping fit, e.t.c.
