First Day Of SteemIt!!!

What the  #$@&%*!?

 Hey everyone,

I just started my SteemIt account! First things first, I was approved after about 21 hours 5mins and 13secs which  is on average pretty normal from what I have read online. As soon I woke up this morning, I had Nescafe Clasico dark roast instant coffee, checked my email and VOILA, I was a member! The next 2 hours were spent trying to figure out how to setup a profile picture. Now I don't know if this is just me but a simple button like "upload profile picture" will go a super long way because holy f***, excuse my french that was challenging. Now moving on to creating a post, I had to watch a Steemit tutorial for beginners, I don't recall ever doing that for any other social media platforms so I strongly recommend it. I would insert a link to the tutorial I used "here" but that's the next tutorial I'll be watching. Now enough bickering and whining, the idea of SteemIt seems like a game-changer and to be quite honest, it's freaking amazing if it really works. Don't be discourage my friends, I'll be experimenting with it and I look forward to interacting with you all! Please feel obliged to tell me your first experience I'd love to see everyone's initial thoughts.
