Make me a pirate...
It's Sunday night, it's been a big weekend away, it's the last night before school holidays on the Gold Coast comes to a close.
So I should be camped in my comfortable spot on the recliner with a glass of something in hand, watching Netflix. Or saving the world on the Xbox One again.
What I shouldn't be doing on a freezing Sunday cold snap near midnight is stand outside in the cold grumbling at a boiling pot and cursing inverter cooktop technology.
But the things you do when you've got some time up your sleeve and it's been a while between home brews.
Currently I'm attempting a Pirate Life clone. This could be...er....interesting.
It wasn't without it's problems however which explains why I was outside in the cold sparking up the BBQ to actually get things rolling..
But it's in the fermenter now and in the lap of the beer gods so we'll see how we go . In the meantime you can read about the entire process and grab the recipe for this one right here:
