Water for brewing!

Hi Steemians! Good to have you with us.

Yes water is one of the most important ingredients for beer. The water you have dictates the kind of beer you can make. The mineral content of the water directly effects the taste and other characteristics of your beer. Head retention is one example.

We travel to a nearby spring to get our water. Makes for a great outing as well.
