Carbonation: Low.

Overall: Same batch as before, but an entirely different experience. The earlier acidity is gone, leaving behind a superbly refined beer that feels like a masterpiece. It showcases an excellent balance of barrel aging, offering a luxurious and robust flavor profile. Truly exceptional—blows away the competition.
