Venezuelan Beers - Destilo - Part 8
Cerveceria Destilo is one of the most well known venezuelan microbreweries. Eight years ago there were only 2 micros, Cerveceria Tovar and Destilo but now there are dozens, it's an explosion. Macrobreweries like Cerveceria Polar and Cerveceria Regional are still dominant in the country but there is a clear interest in newer styles and flavours.
Cerveceria Destilo was founded in the city of Caracas in 2009 by two economists. They started in 2003 as homebrewers and after some intial success they found a group of investors to expand its production. It was possible to get this beer in some few stores in Caracas or restaurants, but now they are available around the country, altough their production is small. Cerveza Destilo is the first commercial Ale available in the country.

This is a really nice beer, many venezuelans don't know about it yet. The only thing I don't like about Cerveceria Destilo is that they only brew this one.
This is my personal opinion, not a beer expert.
como siempre una excelente reseña
Gracias @breili!
