A cerveja de hoje é especial. Por diversos motivos. Primeiro ela é uma edição limitada, foi feita especialmente pela cervejaria Way para uma caixa de assinatura de cervejas, ou seja, muita exclusividade. Segundo ponto, essa cerveja é uma Stout mas com adição de caju, algo um tanto especial e diferenciado.

Essa cerveja foi desenvolvida a partir de um concurso do site de assinatura, onde mais de 1500 receitas foram enviadas e as 4 melhores foram produzidas. A Mordonian Stout leva em sua composição polpa de caju, aveia e trigo.

Com uma espuma bem consistente, duradoura e cremosa, e com um aroma bem forte de caju essa cerveja surpreende muito, mas não espere essa presença no caju no seu gosto, no paladar as características presentes são as da Stout mesmo, ou seja, o caramelo, o café e o tostado. Não tenho muito conhecimento do Caju, talvez por isso não tenha identificado muito no gosto, apenas um finalzinho no retrogosto.

É uma cerveja bem exótica e complexa, não posso recomendar que conheça já que ela não é produzida normalmente, mas é uma cerveja muito boa, confie em mim. ;)

This beer was developed from a contest of the subscription box website, where more than 1500 recipes were sent and the 4 best were produced. The Mordonian Stout takes in its composition cashew pulp, oats and wheat.

With a very consistent, durable and creamy foam, and with a very strong aroma of cashew this beer surprises a lot, but do not expect that presence of the cashew on your taste, on the palate the present characteristics are those of the Stout, the caramel , coffee and toast. I do not have much knowledge of Cashew, maybe that's why I have not identified much in taste, just a little aftertaste.

It's a very exotic and complex beer, I can not recommend it to you since it is not normally produced, but it's a very good beer, trust me. ;)
