Free BEER is a lot of fun but many people did not hold the token and some even created some DRAMA as they misused the (f)airdrop to grab some BEER just for them,

My ideas
Here are some of my ideas but I love to get some feedback from the wonderful BEER community to fine tune the next developments.
A. Keep the ! BEER function running for the fun but limit the amount of BEER which is given with each call. F.e. to 0.01 BEER or 0.1 BEER
B. Keep the ! BEER function running for the fun but make the limit to give some ! BEER a bit more high (f.e. from 6 to 20 or even 33...)
C. Quit the (f)airdrop and plan a new (f)airdrop with different details.
D. ....?

das beste wäre, wenn man 0,33 Ltr., 0,50 Ltr.und 1,0 Ltr. ausgeben könnte. In Kombination einer nicht linearen Steigerung, damit auch die, die wenig haben mitmachen können und die, die viel haben, nicht den Markt überschwemmen.
In etwa so:
6 Beer = 0,33 Ltr. Dose Beer ausgeben pro Tag
1 Kasten (20 Beer) = 0,5 Ltr. Flasche Beer ausgeben pro Tag
1 Partyfass (50 Beer) = 1,0 Ltr. Mass Beer (1 Token) ausgeben pro Tag (3 x 0,33 oder 2 x 0,5)
...dann linear weiter. Wer 56 Beer hat kann zB. 1 x 1,0 Beertoken + 1 x Dose oder 2 x Flasche und 1 x Dose oder 4 x Dose vergeben.
Erreicht wird auf jeden Fall, dass die Tokenvergabe genauer überlegt wird. Selbst als Besitzer von 200 Beeren, kann ich nur 4 x 1,0 Ltr. Maß Beer oder maximal 12 x 0,33 Dosen vergeben. Beim Kauf von Token wird man immer versuchen auf volle 50 Stück zu kommen. Die Umrechnung anhand von Dose, Flasche und Maß kann man sich schnell merken.
Es sollte auf jeden Fall möglich sein, das man seinen aktuellen Tagesstand an Freibeeren abrufen kann.

e.g. If PersonX gifts !BEER to PersonY
the value Person Y receives would be:
... and so on until:
... and PersonX can only call 1 x !BEER per 6 BEERS staked every day.
i.e. The frivolous/fun aspect is maintained and introduces randoms to BEER (but not enough for them to dump and put downward pressure on the market), but real BEER lovers (who hold/stake BEER and thus put no downward pressure) are rewarded more.
OK, yes... I'm going to reply to myself now :P
Actually... I like this idea so much, that I'm going to (eventually) implement it for my BRAAIB token as well, and just for triggering my thinking it, you get a !BRAAIB 1
P.S. 1 BRAAIB = ~13 STEEM in the real world (in South Africa anyway) i.e. it can be claimed for actual food & beer at my brick & mortar bistros... 1 Braaibery (my own beer) costs 1 BRAAIB (roughly 13 STEEM at the current ZAR/USD/STEEM exchange rates).
Hehe, I will come to SA and convert BRAAIB to real beer and party with you.

I agree with what has been commented already: do a combination of A and B. And make the limit come from Staked BEER.
I see that other beer lovers have come up with elaborate suggestions. Great. Let's not make things too complicated though :)
I would like to see that staked beer is the basis for the amount limit while giving beer to others. How about that?
And will this really be giving or dropping?
To give: a given unit of BEER goes from your account to some other account
To drop: a given unit of BEER goes from @beerlover account to some other account, your amount stays intact

Personally I'm here for the ! BEER function. It is so cool and I think can stimulate the dialogue between the users!!
Fully agree! That is the reason why we all like to keep it running - it is so much fun.
But from the token economics we have to find a nice way to get the value up with maximum fun.
Personally I liked being able to give some beer on comments since vote values are so low I have been reserving my votes for post.
I think a combo of A&B would be nice:
M. Keep ! BEER with a value of say 0.05 BEER, make the limit be something like one call per case of beer, (24 Beers would allow you one, 48 would be 2), on up.
