Why are you more attractive in Photos/Mirrors?
Viewing ourselves and others viewing us.
- A Mirror (You see yourself)
- A Photo or a Selfie (Taken by you or another person)
- You as a normal person being viewed by others.
You either think you look more attractive in pictures then in mirrors, and vice-versa.
FACT: More people take photos in mirrors.

A:) The image of you is flipped, how you view yourself through photos and how people view you face to face. In the mirror, you'll see your right side on your left and your left side on your right.
Mirrors: We look better when we are moving.
When we are moving, others view us as more attractive. When standing still, it may be a little different.
In reality, your face is not symmetrical. 99% of people's faces are non-symmetrical. Meaning when you split your face in half and measure one side to the other, either your eyes are far apart or your eyes will be set close together. The same with your mouth, nose, chin and etc.
Mirrors and Photos give us more definition to ourselves then how others view us.
What makes you more attractive besides your visualization.
- The way you carry yourself
- The way you express yourself. Are you animated when speaking? Do you use hand gestures? Do you smile? Etc
- Whether you are confident in yourself or not, it will show
- Your clothing choices
Confidence is key, it makes you more attractive no matter how you look.
