The topic I am going to discuss today is related to beauty but it also have some connection with health too.
If we see someone and look at his face the very first thing we notice which attracts us is eyes. Person with beautiful shiny eyes attracts more than others.

If we notice there are a lot of people who's eyes look dull and tired. There are several reason behind, for example:-
Improper Sleep.
Lack of proper diet.
And pollution around.

So if you want to have eyes shiny, beautiful & full of life, you must take care of yourself.
Follow these tips & you ll feel the difference:-

Proper & deep sleep is an important factor that affects eyes. So don't skip sleep, stop over usage of gadgets specially at night time. Give proper rest to your eyes while doing office work at computer. It will help you to improve Your facial look & freshness.

Take proper diet, specially vitamin A , E, D should be used in routine.

Wash eyes with cold water periodically it will also improve their look.
