Beautiful Sunday - Hiking Mont Tremblant

Hey all,

I recently went to Mont Tremblant and hiked to the top. It was a pretty cloudy day with a rain forecast but it was my only day in the area so I had to go for it. In the end I got really lucky and it started raining just as I was getting back to the car. I took a few pictures along the way that I'll share with you guys =)

The trail starts right from the village, which is really picturesque with the buildings of all different colors.

There's a nice rock wall near the beginning of the trail with water running on its face.

After hiking through forest for a while the trail opens up on the other side of the mountain.

Looking up, there's still ways to go!

After hiking for about an other hour, I finally approach the home stretch! The inclination is actually pretty steep on that second picture even tho it's a bit hard to tell.

The end is in sight! By this point I was so thirsty and hungry, I couldn't wait to get up there.

It ended up taking about 2.5 hours to get to the top with a couple short breaks along the way to take in the views. If you're in the area it's a pretty nice place to check out; there are tons of activities to do on and around the mountain!
