I flew all the way to Chongqing just for these photos! Chongqing has even more charm and vibrancy than I imagined.

Turning a corner of the tall buildings reveals another breathtaking scene. There are people selling braised dishes with bamboo poles and others enjoying the sun while fishing by the riverside. Although I often got disoriented with the navigation, I was deeply fascinated by this city.

This time, I did thorough research and read many travel guides, but they weren't always accurate, so I often ended up getting lost and had to search again. Therefore, I summarized a detailed route after my visit, which you can refer to if needed.

1️⃣ How to get around?
We stayed near Jiefangbei, and we mostly traveled by light rail. Line 1 and Line 2 are very convenient, and it's important to wear flat shoes!

2️⃣ Photo spots:
① Photo 1: Hongyadong. Navigate to Daijia Alley Trail and walk to the end. After crossing the bridge, there is a staircase where you can get a closer look by zooming your phone camera about 10 times.

② Photo 2: Guanyinqiao. Navigate to the east side entrance of Beicheng Tianjie (North City Mall) No. 1, where there is a row of yellow taxis with scrolling displays. You may need to wait for a while.

③ Photo 3: Jiangtan Park. Take light rail Line 6 to Dajuyuan Station, Exit 2. Walk towards the parking lot of the Grand Theatre, and you will see a panoramic view of Hongyadong on the other side of the river.

④ Photo 4: Liziba Light Rail Through Building. Navigate to Xindu Lane Trail. When you see Datianwan Primary School, take the downhill road on the left. There is a shooting spot called Lanshengting.

⑤ Photo 5: Chongqing People's Hall. The shooting location is at the entrance of the Three Gorges Museum, on the opposite side. You need to climb a flight of stairs for a better angle compared to shooting from below.

⑥ Photo 6: Nanshan Observation Deck. No entrance fee is required to overlook the Yuzhong Peninsula. On a clear day, you can even see the sunset. However, it's not worth visiting on foggy days as the visibility is poor.

3️⃣ Photography equipment:
Most of the photos were taken with an iPhone 13, zoomed in at 7x-15x for sharper focus. A Canon 55-250mm telephoto lens was also used for some shots.

Enjoy your trip and capture some amazing moments in Chongqing! 📸
