RE: Why Do Folks Groom Facial **Beards**???
I usually don't wear any beards. I usually shave once every 3 days or so. Remember in King David's day when his servants got half of their beards shaved as an insult to King David? As it is written, Wherefore Hanun took David's servants, and shaved off the one half of their beards, and cut off their garments in the middle, even to their buttocks, and sent them away. 2 Samuel 10:4. So David told them to stay in a certain city until their beards grew back. So in those days beards were common and expected. That reminds me also when Joseph first appeared to Pharaoh he shaved, as it is written, Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh. Genesis 41:14. So some of us grow beards and some of us shave. It is OK with me, beard or no bread.
Thanks so much @david777111 for visiting often!!
Beards are often fashion and season driven but the more ** CONSERVATIVE **a man the more he tends to clean shave as this confers an aura of discipline, decency and Noble!!
I am pleased to be acquainted with such in you!!
