Bear Market pop. What to buy next time

One of my previous post was how cheap the vix was. Since then it has soared 60%+. I sold my 3x bull S&P feb 2nd once bloomberg warned rsi hit record hit.

Is this a pullback or correction? Buy point should be 2550-2650 mark for S&P. If the vixs pops to $20+ we could see a full bear market so I will only enter 1/3 at target. BTC buy target is $3900. Wheat is cheap. Vix is almost cheap. P&G on radar is price drops 6 to 11%.
