40 million out of the 50 Million total supply are for California residents. When 1000 ENG + 30 EOS have been secured from the sale of 10% of the total supply, or HALF of the 10M set aside for non residents, 5M tokens, then EOS-EX can commence, EOS tokenization of BEAR will happen, and the SOV style immutable contract can happen for the @eoscaliforg1 eos account that has been purchased and ready for the BEAR token once @someguy123 of @privex is ready. (He has his hands full first with EOS ASS, then OTT which is coming to EOS and then, BEAR! )
I cant wait to see the Ferrengi Rules of Acquisition and Roberts Rules of Order used on Steem and EOS.
We are getting very close to BEAR token becoming as big of a hit as SOV, the Deflationary smart contract seems simple enough and i will make sure to donate to the SOV foundation for their help in making the BEAR token deflationary with a modified SOV burn rate, lower than 1.5% max Ill have ours only burn at up to 0.5% or lower, with a curve that is also different as I just hope to take 10 or 20 years to slowly get every california resident one of their BEAR tokens. I can basically make it so every resident gets 1 BEAR but the bear degrades, and goes down to 0.5 BEAR over a year, and so on.
I didnt want to start at 1 Billion and give them out to EOS genesis account holders. I will have my own system for allowing California residents to verify and get their BEAR. It may not be perfect but I will find a way to allow BEAR to be clever and use social media to issue some sort of voucher... If i can get a voucher system that allows me to have 1 voucher = 1 BEAR, I could use FACEBOOK and just send DMs to every user in San Diego.
I would like to see this project expand to EOS National, Supranational and Global Governance systems. The Public Key infrastructure using Dirvers licenses, or Social security numbers is difficult. Maybe I can car license plates or actual Addresses as a public address. A private key in the mail at a random time could allow for an interesting system as well. Direct mail + crypto is overlooked.
Anyway i know I will find an interesting way to match 1 BEAR with 1 california resident even if we can only get 10% of everyone... I will use a similar system for SAND

1000 will be used for EOS-EX
1000 ENG will be spent on newdex Market Making
Another 1000 ENG approx $130-$150 will be spent on marketing
1000 ENG will be spent on paying myself and friends like @gerber and others for advice on how to best have the EOS BEAR contract be made immutable like SOV by handing over active and owner permissions to the main EOSIO account. I would like to be generous and pay some of my friends from steem to help me when i could do it myself but id like to get more steemians the skills to create deflationary EOS tokens, and Id like to pay @gerber or perhaps it would be best to pay @privex and @someguy123 for 1 hour of his time :) He could probably get my BEAR EOS token with its permissions handed over, with a SOV style burning schedule.
