Macaw feather...

Wrapped with lavender Deerskin...

Seed beaded with Peyote stitch...

that holds the feather?

Thanks Shasta :) These are a simple leather wrap, no chuck or clip...so the feather cannot be changed. It is just the quill and leather.

That is beautiful.

I've been trying to get the hang of the Peyote stitch for a couple years. Once I get going, I'm good. But getting it going, those first 2 rows, it just gives me fits! 😒
