Alikes Beach, Chalkida, Greece
Just 7 km from Chalkida and 70 km from Athens, there is the lovely beach of Alikes or Ippokampos beach as it is known by the name of the first beach bar that opened in the area.
The beach resembles a tropical island. It is sandy with beautiful views, clean sea and free sun loungers, and it is also suitable for young children, because they can play but also make their dives afraid.
Looking across, you will see the mountain Kantilli and beyond Lake Evoia. A landscape with incredible views and wild beauty. The sun, in the afternoon, falls behind Angleonissi , located just across from the beach, which is about 1000 meters wide.
