lesson to parent

I was walking by a feelings Station then i saw a woman comming do to her look s like she was comming from market

So this what happen next, her child sighted her from long distance so the wanted to welcome his mother with a hurg and eventualy she was other side of the road at that time a car was aprouchig then the boy entered the road .Unfotunatly the car could no stop thats how the boy was heat and rushed to hospital but am still yet to find out what happend next.
So what am trying to say is dat parent Should know how to talk to there childrend so as when they see them they should never enter road.
