Bankrolling crypto casinos and ICO's
It wasn’t long after I bought my first Bitcoin back in February, 2017 that I began looking for a place to park it while waiting for a rise in the price I was hoping for. For a wallet I chose Trezor and while I’m very happy with this product I couldn’t help noticing I wasn’t making more Bitcoin from it. I love investing in traditional investments that provide dividends/interest so this sitting and waiting for a price movement with no reward just seemed wrong somehow.
After some research I came up with a decent avenue of making some extra coin, bankrolling online crypto casinos.
I’m not going to get into the risk and rewards of bankrolling in this article however I will say with the exception of Moneypot I have made good returns. In addition, during the last eight months Bitcoin has risen in price so much and so often I have constantly had to pull money out of the sites in order to keep the monetary amount the same. All this movement was done with zero problems.
If anyone’s interested in this type of investment below are the ventures I’m involved with or watching. Please do your due diligence before investing.
Peerbet: I’ve invested here with no problems
Safedice: I’ve invested here with no problems
Justdice: This one actually uses Clams and not Bitcoin however it’s worth mentioning due to its 25X feature on your investment. I’ve done extremely well on this one.
Crypto-games: This gambling site allows for several different cryptos including Bitcoin. This is a good place to park several types of crypto's.
BitDice. I did really well with this site for a few months and then they went with an ICO. You won’t be able to park your Bitcoin here any longer. Out of all of the ventures listed this was my favorite platform.
Yolo: Allows for 10X bankrolling with Bitcoin.
Bitvest: Allows for 5X bankrolling with Bitcoin.
Diggit: I was unable to access this site
Megadice: I have no investment here at the moment. This site along with Yolo and Bitvest will block you if you are from certain countries. You may need a VPN.
Moneypot. The only site I actually loss coin. It was small but it was a loss. Like BitDice they are going ICO and will have their own coin type.
As I stated previously Money pot and BitDice are no longer traditional bankroll sites. They each will have their own coin and pay out a share of the earnings according to their stated road maps. This is bad news if you’re looking for a way to earn money on your Bitcoin and unfortunately seems to be the current preferred choice by casino owners, both new and old.
In addition to Moneypot and BitDice (CSNO) you have a few other crypto’s that have had ICO’s for gambling ventures. If you think gambling coins are a good investment here are some that I follow.
Vslice (VSL): I’ve owned this one for a few months. There was a large price increase and I made quite a bit on trading however, as far as the dividend. One word. Terrible.
Peerplay (PPY): I own this one. Last I checked it’s still being built and is not yet operational. The price has gone down quite a bit since I bought it.
Edgeless (EDG): I do not own this one and have no idea if it’s paying out.
Etheroll (Dice): This is a recent purchase of mine. Next payout is November 6-13. Based on internet gossip the rate of return on the last payout was about 3% (APR).
Idice (ICE): The only information I have been able to find is internet gossip indicating this is a complete scam. I’m staying away for now.
Dao Casino: I have not looked into this one.
BetKing: This is another site that went from traditional bankrolling too their own coin. The coin does not pay dividends; instead the company buys back a certain amount of coins per quarter. I didn’t like the lack of payout so did not invest and probably will not.
Monsterbyte. I have not looked into this one.
Viabet: ICO to begin in November.
If Steemit will allow I will keep this post updated with new information and will work on making it more detailed. If not, then well, I suppose I won’t.
If I’ve missed any good options please add the information.
