The Haggling Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-10-20
This post contains two contracts.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 30 steem to @littymumma. She promises to repay 33 steem. She shall pay 0.5 steem per day until 33 steem is reached. The first payment shall be on Oct 23rd, 2018.
The Bank retains the Owner key of @littymumma and shall return it when this loan is complete.
@littymumma shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the owed value.
The Lendee agrees this contract remains valid regardless of any flags this contract post might receive.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 63 SBD to @crypto-wisdom. They promise to repay 70 SBD. They shall pay 23.333 SBD every 15 days until 70 SBD is reached. The first payment shall be on Nov 5th, 2018.
The Bank retains the Owner key of @crypto-wisdom and shall return it when this loan is complete.
@crypto-wisdom shall hereafter be known as the lendee…

Dear mr neoxian I was thinking about getting SP "loans" which are SP delegations in reality that the beneficiary has to pay in liquid STEEM for example:
if bankofneoxian delegated 50 SP then the beneficiary must pay it back in 55 liquid STEEM ...
If the beneficiary doesn't pay in time then a fine will be set and if he/she doesnt pay at all then it is put on blacklist or something
This will eliminate the hassle of giving away the private keys etc unless ofcourse the liquid STEEM are requested...
To avoid overwhelming requests a fixed SP will be set for delegation every month or when ever the delegation period expires so new clients can book their delegation or come first, first served...
I don't know...all am saying is that you can add this option to your services packages if it is even a possibility...
