The Barter Town Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-06-02
This post contains two contracts.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan an amount of steem equal to 1500 USD to @misterakpan (600 steem). He promises to repay an amount of Steem and/or SBD equal to 1750 USD. He shall pay Steem and/or SBD equal to 583.33 USD per month until 1750 USD is reached. The first payment shall be on July 2, 2018.
@misterakpan shall hereafter be known as the lendee..
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 50 SBD to @rahim2012. He promises to repay 57.5 SBD. He shall pay 14.375 SBD per week until 57.5 SBD is reached. The first payment shall be on June 12th, 2018.
@rahim2012 shall hereafter be known as the lendee..

Barter Town and its Underworld must be overtaken by the Corporation of Neoxian, to expel Aunty Entity and Master Blaster and be able to eliminate all that amount of disputes that exist, control the convicts, eliminate that general dirt that exists by the production of methane ... Neoxian will control Barter Town, bringing democracy, growth and prosperity to all its inhabitants.
It's just a matter of little time, for this to happen and the Empire of Neoxian continues to grow.

Your question Sir @neoxian, I am reminded of the history lesson when I was in elementary school, my teacher said that Barter is a form of the beginning of a trade, which facilitates the exchange of goods and services when humans have not found the money. This system was introduced by the Mesopotamian tribes. This system was later adopted by the Phoenicians who exchanged their goods to people in other cities. A system became better developed in Babylonia.
