BANANA FLOWER SALAD

Hello Everyone! I love to share with you the very yummy and delicious banana flower salad. I appreciate it so much because its benefits for the body. Some says "Health is Wealth"

There are lot of ways how to cook banana flower salad. I would share with you simple recipe.

Ingredients:
banana flowers, cooking oil, bowl of water, brown sugar, garlic, tomatoes, onion, salt, coconut milk, and ginger

DIRECTIONS
Heat the pot in fire with water and boils. Put the banana heart in the boil water until half-cook. Remove the banana flower from the water and sliced thinly. After you finish slice. Heat a pan and cooking oil, then in few seconds put the spices and stir fry. Add few amount of water and pour the half cook banana heart and when it boiled add the coconut milk and put flavor according to your taste. After few minutes remove the fire and before serving add the tomatoes, few onion and ginger. Put into the basin and enjoy eating!
