Swiss roll with strawberry jam
I baked an Swiss roll with strawberry jam
Ingredients:
3 eggs
0,65 cup sugar
0,85 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
0,65 cup strawberry jam
0,45 cup cream
Do like this:
1.) Turn on the oven on 485 degrees.
2.) Whip eggs and sugar fluffy.
3.) Mix all the dry ingredients and then mix it together with the eggs and sugar and at last add the milk.
4.) Pour the batter on a ovenplate with baking paper and bake the oven for about 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it chill.
5.) Whip the cream so it is a firm batter.
6.) When the cake is chilled, put the strawberry jam on the cake. Then put the whipped cream on and roll it into a Swiss roll.
