SLC-S22W6 |Baking course: My creative bread
Hello Everyone!!
I hope you all are good and doing well. First of all I would like to thank @yenny47 and @katherine012 for this learning course, I really enjoyed the whole season and learnt alot from you guys. I couldn't participate in 1st week due to my personal schedules but all 5 weeks I did my best to make good participation. And I hope your next course will be more useful for us.
Before going to start task I would like to invite @roohiasif99, @sualeha and @uzma4882 for the lesson task.

When I participate in this season in week 2 first time ,I follow the recipe of dough which was quite similar to mine but the technique that you given in lesson make my bread perfect, I was very impressed with your dough making technique. In first week I didn't realise completely but in next week when I made the dough using the same technique the resulting dough was much better than first ,both bread were like professional but by practice my dough becomes softer and smoother.
Make a creative loaf of bread by choosing one of the recipes given in class, documenting the step-by-step process, and remember to use the poster with your username, date, class tag, #bakery-s22w6 , presenting your creation as an end-of-course presentation. Creativity will be assessed in the final presentation. (4pts) |

For this task I'm making some different styles of bread by using same dough.
Let's move towards the bread!
500 gm All purpose flour |

Yeast 10 gm |
Sugar 2 tbs |
Salt 1 tbs |
Egg one |
Oil 1/4 cup |
Water as needed |
milk 1oo ml |
First step of bread making is fermentation or activation of yeast. For this add 10g of dry yeast in 150ml warm milk or warm water, add 1tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp all purpose flour and mixed it well ,cover it and leave it for 10min for fermentation. Yeat will be activeed in this time nicely .
Take flour in a bowl then add activated yeast and all ingredients together and mixed it well . Then start kneading util it becomes doft and smooth. Greased some oil over dough and cover it and leave it for fermentation for 2 hour or until its size double.
I have made different creative bread from this dough.
First divide dough in six equal parts and make their balls.
1st creative bread:
Take one part of dough and divide it into 4 parts, roll all parts in equal size and place it over one another. Fold all overlapped dough it will become like a flower.
2nd Creative bread:
Roll one part like a rope and make a shape as given in picture. I like this easiest way of bread making that comes very attractive after baking.
3rd creative bread;
In 3rd bread i used chocolate spread for filling. Roll one part of dough and roll it elongated and fill chocolate spread at center, make cuts at equal distance and fold alternatives sides to close the bread like braid. Very attractive and artistic bread will be baked from it.
4th creative bread:
Stretch another part of dough in a long rope ,make it double by twisting. You can make bread like this twist, or make a shape by moving in circle over another. A very beautiful bread will be baked.
I made 6 different creative bread but I'm sharing only 4 creative bread here.
After making all bread place them over greased try and leave it for some time.
Brush beaten egg over bread for good colour,sprinkle Sesame seed or black seed for garnishing and baked it in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.

Baking means have patience, if you want to make perfect texture of bread you have to follow all instructions that given by teacher, measurement is very important, if dough not rise in given time must be kept for more fermentation until its size double. These are basic technique that all know but through these course I learned them practically to make perfect dough. The best thing that I learn from course is proper kneading of dough that was missing in my dough making.
Now I have learnt that good kneading make your bread doft and smooth.

These are my experience in these five weeks ,this is what make me able to make perfect bread at home.
