I hope you all are good and doing well . Today I'm here again to be a part of this amazing course task "SLC-S22W5 |Bakery course: Pizza". Pizza is very delicious food and everyone in my family loved it. We take pizza within then day . Its not part of our pakistani cuisine but I think pizza becomes an international food by fusion of local species in every part of the world.
Lets syart today's recipe.
1)Of all the varieties of pizza that exist, which is your favorite? Write a brief summary that includes

What are its main ingredients and how is it different from other pizzas? (2pt)
The all varieties of pizza are eaten all over the world with fusion of local species and ingredients. We like Mexican pizza and Newyork Pizza , both pizza are more delicious among all because their taste matches in our cousin. Everyone in my family love pizza of thin crust with topping of vegetables and chicken. In my area this pizza is called Classic Pizza.
This pizza is cooked at high temperature in brick oven traditionally for short time make its thin crisp crust with slightly charred flavour make it different.
Here some characteristics that make it different and more delicious are;
its a thin crust pizza with light spicy sauce that spread evenly over crust. The combination of meat (chicken or beef)and vegetables including mashroom, olive, bell paper , onion etc make superior over other types of pizzas

Today I'm making the pizza that my family loved. Im making dough from course recipe but my topping (Seasoning, Meat and vegetables) are of my family's choice. Its like spicy classic pizza.
300 grams of all-purpose flour |

10 grams of sugar |
9 grams of dry yeast |
1 pinch of salt |
60 milliliters of water to activate the yeast |
65 milliliters of water for the dough |
65 milliliters of oil |

Take warm water add sugar, dry yeast and 1tbsp of flour to it and mix it. Leave it for 10min yeast will activate.
Add fermented yeast in flour by making a volcano in it in a bowl ,add all ingredients of dough and mixed it well so all ingredients mixed together well.
Knead it for 10 minutes so all ingredients mixed together and dough becomes soft and smooth. This is very important step for making perfect dough.
- Keep the dough to rest until it doubles in size.
Marinate chicken by adding spices like garlic ginger past, black pepper, salt, chilli powder in it.
Cut all topping vegetables onions, Capsicum, mashroom nicely .
pour some oil in pan and cook the marinated chicken and cool it.
Now ,dough, filling and topping all are ready so we start assembling the pizza.
Putt all ingredients according to your taste desires evenly over the surface of dough. I made two pizza one square and other round.
Keep it in preheat oven for 20-25 min at 200 °C.

Here I want to highlight health benefits of onion 🌰. Onion is nutrients full ingredients. It has anti-inflammatory properties, it shows anti cancer properties, it has compounds that helps to prevent, colorectal cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer.
It helps in Cardiovascular problems, it is good source of fibre, potassium and antioxidants that help to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and heart problems.
It has anti-inflammatory properties that helps in arthritis, allergies and asthma.
It improves immune system of our body as it contains prebiotic fibers.
4)Pizzas may be delicious but they are linked to several health conditions. What is your opinion on this? (2pts)
Yes there is no debate Pizza is delicious and it contains very rich nutrients ingredients but the way it is cook and the combination of some ingredients make it an unhealthy food . Regular consumption may linked with obesityand weight gain , insulin resistance, diabetes type 2,high cholesterol and Cardiovascular problems etc. It may cause bloating and constipation. Its better to use it occasionally as treat instead of staple
