I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here again to be a part of this amazing course task SLC22 -W4 Bakery Course: Semi-sweet bread with savory filling.. I made this bread and my experience was wonderful ,my family loved that bread. The bread was so soft and filling was very yummy ,make it a perfect recipe. I have made this bread before too but the recipe of bread that I learned from the course made my bread perfect every time. So I'm very happy to join this course and would like to thank again to teacher @yenny47 for giving the perfect recipe with the tips to make it perfect.

Why can't yeast and salt be added together when preparing bread dough? Explain your answer (1pt) |

For perfect baking fermentation of yeast is mandatory, in fermentation we add sugar to it to activate the yeast. Now we add this fermented yeast to make the dough, at this time salt can be added to give best flavour to dough but its recommended to add salt after rising of bread because it slow down the fermentation. If you add it at start, no problem with your dough but it takes some more time to rise. There is mith that salt killing yeast but it slow down the fermentation.
Make a semi-sweet bread with a SALTY filling. You can follow the recipe given in class, or you can make one of your choice, but the dough must be semi-sweet with a SALTY filling. For this I'm making semi-sweet bread with chicken cheese filling. I'm following the same bread recipe that is given by teacher because by following the recipe I would get perfect bread.
Let's start today's recipe
500gms of all-purpose wheat flour 450 grams for the dough 50 grams for sprinkling |

3 tablespoons melted butter |
3 tablespoons of sugar |
125ml warm milk |
7 grams of salt |
1 egg |
10 gm of dryYeast |

125ml warm water |
A spoonful of sugar |
A tablespoon of flour |
250 g of chicken |

1 cup chopped Onion |
1tbsp ginger garlic paste |
1/2 tsp Black paper |
Salt as per taste |
Capsicum as need |
Olives as need |
Cheese as need |
An egg yolk |

A spoonful of water |
Half a spoonful of sugar |
Sesame seeds |
First activate yeasts by adding 10g yeast in 150ml warm milk and add 1tbsp of sugar and 1 tablespoons of flour mix it and leave it for 10-15min
Add all ingredients egg , fermented yeast,salt ,flour ,butter and warm milk or water and start mixing it.
- Knead the dough properly until it gets smooth and soft texture. Cover it with celling film or cotton cloth and leave it for 1hr or until it becomes double.
Take oil in a pan and add chopped Onion in it ,sotey it for some time until it translucent. Add chicken and cook it for 2 minutes, add garlic ginger past and fry it.
Add all spices and cook it for few minutes by covering its lid. Then add 2-3tbsp in it and fry for two minutes then add 1 cup of milk and cook until chicken soften. Now filling is ready.
When dough becomes double Knead it again to remove gas. Take it out from bowl and roll it and knead it to make it more smooth. Now cut the whole dough into 8 equal parts. Now make 8 balls of it and roll it .
Fill the middle part of rolled dough with chicken filling , from both sides make cuts at equal sides. Slide one strip over other alternately from both side like braids. Keep it aside for 15-20 min.
Today I made two types of stuffed breads.
Roll the dough in circle and spread ketchup or sauce over it ,at half side place chicken filling, add olives, jalapeños, Capsicum and cheese over it. Fold it and leave it for 15-20min.
Place all stuffed bread over greased try and cover it with cotton cloth . Brush it with beaten egg and sprinkle Sesame seed on it. After 20min bake these bread in preheat oven for 20-25min at 180 °C.

In our country Pakistan there are many different types of bread that are popular but im sharing here the most popular bread from our local cousin is potato stuffed bread.
This bread can be enjoyed as breakfast as lunch as snacks and as dinner. In rainy seasons we enjoyed this bread,this is eaten with sauces and curd. Mostly this drink is enjoyed with lassi (yugart drink) in summer this bread is enjoyed with mango shake. In pakistani cuisine bread are not fermented, they made from simple doudg. This bread is stuffed with mashed potatoes with spices.
This is my family's favourite stuffed bread. I'm pity sure you will like it. In the same wayother breads are formed with other stuffing like mince ,lentils, veggies, chese etc

There are many great foreign user that I want to meet ,If i had the opportunity to invite a foreign user to eat a stuffed bread, i would choose @stef1 and I would invite her for the bread that i made today . She will surely like my cheese stuffed.
Mostly foreigner used these types of bread that are not part of our local cousin. This bread is very soft, cheesy delicious, hope she'll like it.
