One of the most awaited movies of the year, Bahubali: The Conclusion, will finally reveal the question that has been on everyone’s mind, ‘Why did Katappa kill Bahubali?’ The trailer for the sequel has created a storm and the audience is eagerly waiting for it to hit the screens. Director SS Rajamouli has more amazing news for the fans.

Fans can rejoice that Bahubali: The Conlusion will be digitally remastered in the IMAX format and released in IMAX theatres all over India. An excited SS Rajamouli shared the news about the release and talked about how big the franchise had become. He wrote, “One of the reasons Baahubali franchise got the attention of the viewers is, the scale & grandeur with which we designed & created each part. Very excited that #Baahubali2 will release in @IMAX format, which enhances the hugeness & the spirit of Baahubali.”

Bahubali: The Conclusion will reunite SS Rajamouli with Prabhas along with Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia. It is scheduled to release on April 28, 2017.

In the kingdom of Mahishmati, while pursuing his love, Shivudu learns about the conflict-ridden past of his family and his legacy. He must now prepare himself to face his new-found archenemy.

The movie was the product of a very ambitious filmmaker who indulges in the act of breeding a stereotypical medieval drama along with a more ambitious overuse of VFX. No, I mean it. Really. Some of the scenes were extremely good, excellent to a certain point even but others just looked cartoonish.
