Everlasting Flower of Baguio (Philippines)
Hello Steemians..
I just like to share this photo of a beautiful flower called "everlasting flower" of Baguio, Philippines.
Also known as “strawflowers”, this flower is very popular in Baguio City, the summer capital of the Philippines.
It's a favorite decorative or altar flower, as it lasts indefinitely when dried.
It is scentless when fresh, but said to repel moths when dried.
Its oil is used to flavor tobacco and as a fixative in perfume and cosmetics.
Dont forget to get or buy some Everlasting flowers when you visit Baguio.
