1 ) Homemade Croissant Texas Burger !

• the filling consist of the burger patty that is made of 85% USA Angus corn-fed beef + 15% Japanese wagyu fat , tempura onion ring , caramelised onion, cheddar cheese , Smokey bbq aioli .
  -for the taste, the croissant was quite hard on the crust ... the it was not pleasant . We would recommend sourdough bread as the bun for this ✌️
• the filings in it, was superb , juicy patty ... smoky bbq paired it well. The tempura and caramelised onion provided an aromatic therapy for the whole experience. It was awesome

2 ) cheese bagel with cream cheese !

• the title is correct , double down on the cheese ! It’s a cheese bagel type and the fillings are Oreo , cream cheese , almond , strawberry , cranberry, and blueberry jam. Any sweet tooth here ?
• this is a pure joy for bagel and cheese lover, the bagel was perfect ... cheese level was excellent and generous . The fruits in it provided the sweetness with a small hint of sourness ... which was refreshing. It was tasty .
