Letter for Baby Kyrie

Dear Baby Kyrie,

Tomorrow you will finally see this beautiful world. You will get to live and grow up alongside with your parents, especially my cousin Gin who carried you for almost nine months in her womb. Even before you were created, she prayed for many years that you will come to them. And finally, you are here.

You must know that your parents were celebrating in immense joy for your being. My cousin finally gets to experience motherhood because of you. As a first time mother, she experienced all kinds of emotions like happiness, excitement, and even fear. But one thing is for sure, your mother is awesome!

She experienced allergies and endured some illness for you. She patiently carried you as you gained weight inside her. You should know your mother is petite. She did not complained if her body was changing in all sorts of ways because she knows that it was because of love. She waited for eight months before she finally revealed the big surprise to everyone else. And that big surprise was you.

Recently, she told me that she was scared. Scared because she will undergo a cesarean delivery. She couldn't do a normal delivery due to her previous operation. The only advice I could give her was to focus on you instead while the doctors take you out from her body and feel the joy and love once she gets to hold you in her arms.

You are the product of pure love. And know once you are out, you will be showered with more love from all of us, from your family, relatives and friends of your parents.

Are you excited Baby Kyrie? Because we all are.
