C.A.P.P.A. & S.A.N.F.I.L. ARE ADVOCATED TO HAVE PROTECTION, JUSTICE AND REPARATIONS FOR THE DEAF PEOPLE IN HAITI

It is with the sorrow, sadness and shockness by learning on Sunday, April 8, 2018. The ruthless bandits of the law killed by bullets and assassinated as yet unidentified a peacefully Deaf man who worked for the Haitian National Police-PNH in the downtown of Port-Au-Prince.

The headquarters of both CAPPA-Deaf-Haiti and SANFIL have united their voices and all the other associations that will denounce the lack of right to all people with disabilities primarily to the rights of all the Deaf people living in Haiti. We ask and advocated for protection, justice and repairs to all deaf victims due to a huge lack of:

• Information about the Deaf culture
• Respect for life of everyone who lives in the country.
• Recognition in the sign of the Haitian sign that has never been official
