Ayahuaska Ceremony - The Death Hormone Experience?
What is the Ayahuasca Experience based on? People report that they are facing their deepest, true selves, facing their fears, and claim to have life changing awareness shifts and insights after the Ayahuasca ceremony experience.
Ayahuasca is a plant which under controlled use of an experienced shaman guiding and taking good care of you has transformational powers for your mind and soul.

Most people report life changing impacts after this experience based on deep self-insights during the altered state under influence of Ayahuasca. Images are flashing through your mind, different kinds of strong emotions may come up. You are in a shifted state of perception, yet usually people can consciously remember what was going on during the altered state of mind.
Depending on your personal emotional and soul state, it may be a very strong, even fearful experience. Or, rather not so threatening. But all of us carry deep emotions, oppressed memories and neglected fears in us which the conscious mind has pushed down in order to protect us. Yet, we know that all we ever experienced is stored within us and being unconscious (un-aware) of it, does not mean that this things are not driving and controlling us. We all know about the power of the subconscious mind.
So it might be worth having a look inside yourself, and face what is there. Many bad things in our life may have been consciously forgotten, but if some heavy emotions from past events have never been cleared up and worked on to get resolved, they keep working inside of us, controlling our unconscious daily decisions.
This all is surfacing during the ceremony as your mind and spirit open up under the impact of this powerful plant.
If you want to resolve and clean up your soul and energy, you need to know what to work on. If you are bold enough and ready to clean up what is making you "heavy" the Ayahuasca ceremony might be a way for you to get this big revealing look inside.
Regardless your opinion whether all of this is just a bunch of woo-woo, the plant (the tea you drink made of the ayahuasca plant) definitely has a strong influence.
What you get out of your experience is very unique to you. It is very important to not do this alone but in a guided group, under controlled circumstances, because when strong emotions come up, you should not be alone as the experience may confuse you.
It is definitely something you should be mentally be prepared for and research good information about. And make sure the shaman guiding the event is trustworthy and not a charlatan.
It may not be a thing for everyone, because it is physically exhausting (you will puke during the ceremony... The body reactions are usually strong...). But it is claimed to be a very mind opening experience, as you can research online and hear in many testimonial videos shared by people who express how glad they are to have gone through all the effort and exhaustion.
Now, this post is not about describing the ceremony steps.
This post is revealing the chemical - biological - physical explanation about the hormonal impact of the Ayahuasca plant.
The video interview explains very well how and why this ceremony does have its impact.
1 - 2 years ago my brother and me have considered attending such a ceremony. Then life got busy, and so far we did not go for it. Maybe it just was not the first priority yet.
Have you personally ever experienced an Ayahuasca Ceremony? We'd love to hear your opinion!
If not, what do you know and think about it? Would you consider attending a ceremony?
Would be cool to hear what you have to share, so we all gain more insights. Thanks!
