INTRODUCTION

Mr. Simon is a business tycoon and the CEO of Pace Setters, a logistic company in West Africa. His company has grown in size and strength over the past five (5) since establishment such that there are various departments; Finance, Human Resources, IT, Management et-cetera, handling various tasks in order to continually push up the productivity of the company. Asset management is the process of ensuring that a company's tangible and intangible assets are maintained, accounted for, and put to their highest and best use. It also requires finding ways to maximize a company's value by managing fixed and intangible assets to be more reliable, efficient, or cheaper including evaluating asset financing options, asset accounting methods, productions operation management, and maintenance discipline. Asset management is loaded with excessive bureaucracy and manual data collation, which most times are erroneously entered due to human nature.

aXpire is a cloud-based and AI-enabled blockchain payment processing company, which is set to revolutionize the fund administration services space with an AI (Artificial Intelligence). Its founded in January 2017 with the headquarter located in Manhattan.
