As a fresh graduate with little or no work experience as it were, in the year 2015. Living in our own geographical area was and still is a challenge to thousands of young promissing Africans. I struggled to get a job, which is scare;because the available jobs are only for the rich, the politicians and our so -called leaders. These reserved jobs have a very easy way of identifying them, especially in government establishments. They have amongst other things; 5 to 6 years working experience for the applicant to be eligible. My question now is, is there any for a fresh graduates like me?, Will my life be a waste? As I ponder through this, frustration set in and the taught of leaving Nigeria became inevitable. Where should I go? Europe , only if they will take me in to at least earn a living legally.
#Considering my financial difficulties, and an urgent need to leave or the taught of sucide is in evitable.
However, on the 24th of July 2017, as my preparation was going on, a friend of mine called, informing me of a vacancy in a company that produces bleach and hair cream (Adal products). The company has been redundant over the years, it is also very notorious in oweing their employees and on the verge of dieing off. I decided to make a personal visit to the organization and to my greatest surprise, I found out that they had a very low production because of lack of sells.

I made a deal with the management; i went into a sort of pertnership with the company to increase their sells for a commission (10%) on each product sold, a 5years contract and 5% off the profit after tax and other expenses on the expiration of the contract. Great deal right?

#I started off, visiting every retailer I saw, not only every retailer I know.
#I visited schools, restaurants and every other public places. I gave out palmflets and made public exhibitions.
#I wasn't really marketing the product at the first instance, I have to attract their attention before introducing the product to them, if not, they definitely wouldn't have paid attention. It was a very discouraging experience, but I have to continue.

After sometime,I decided to take the risk. I gave some of the retailers the product to sell without collecting cash instantly. Sales increased noticeably and I engaged in both radio and television advertising. This covered a wide range of people, and so do our sells.

#Money at a point started flowing, then I realized I have a potential.
I realized, I had no need to seek a paid job, neither do I need to travel to Europe illegally.
